MISSION STATEMENT

Statement of Purpose

ACE Support UK is a West Midlands based company which provides various support facilities for young and vulnerable adults. We provide vulnerable persons with a safe haven in the form of tailored supported accommodation which is highly personalized and geared towards equipping the young persons with the tools needed to transition successfully into full independent living where possible. 

We take a holistic approach to the care we provide which is why we place a great emphasis on the quality of life and success of transition
into independent living. We ensure the transition process is as smooth as possible by providing:

• A choice of fully furnished sites for the young person
• Conveniently located sites for schools, colleges and public
  transport
• Support for CV preparation, job applications and interview skills
• Help to secure driver’s license for suitable young adults
• Additional support for Mental health of the young persons
• Complimentary gym membership where appropriate
• Work experience for various trades e.g. mechanic, plastering, electrician if appropriate
• Tutor for GCSE core subjects (i.e Maths, English, Science)
• 3D printing and computer programming for suitable candidates

We work with the local authority and a host of multidisciplinary experts to ensure that all needs from mental, social, educational needs are
addressed and met to ensure that vulnerable young persons and adults receive the support they need.

Unlike other providers, we have a plethora of services and varying degrees of support on offer so that the young person along with the social workers and local authority can select the level of involvement and services required to create a bespoke package which is sustainable and cost effective for the young persons.

What We Do

ACE Support UK has a selection of small shared housing, self contained flats and effective outreach programs to provide varying levels of support for young persons to ensure that they can ultimately move on into their own independent living arrangements and contribute to the community.

We have a selection of supported accommodation which can be adjusted to suit to all young persons. We employ qualified staff and provide continuous training to ensure that we maintain a high standard of care for our young persons. All staff have experience working with young adults and undergo an extensive vetting process and DBS checks during recruitment. Staff must be minimum level 3 NVQ holders in young adults care or be committed to completing this qualification at a minimum. We also specialise in dealing with vulnerable young adults who
have a history of substance misuse, grooming County lines and theft.

We provide the support help rehabilitate and enable them form beneficial relationships with the society. We also have the expertise required to stabilise young adults who have a history of moving between homes and can connect them with the resources to enable them engage with the community.
